We’re Here to Listen.
At Lifewise, our ears are open. If you’re experiencing mental health, substance use health, or addiction challenges, or having a difficult day and need someone to talk to, we’re here to listen.
Our Warmline provides free peer support from trained Peer Supporters with lived experience. Created to help address the unique geographical challenges of our province and increase access to support in isolated communities, the Warmline offers a safe, confidential space to connect with someone who understands.
You don’t need to be in crisis to call.
Who This Is For: Supporting You Wherever You Are
- Individuals aged 16+
- Anyone feeling isolated or wanting to connect with someone who understands
- Anyone who needs a supportive, non-judgmental conversation about what they’re going through
- Anyone experiencing mental health, substance use health, and/or addiction challenges
No diagnosis or referral is required, and you can access peer support alongside other professional supports if you are already connected elsewhere.
You may reach out because things feel heavy or because you want a space to talk things through with someone who understands. Some people call when they are unsure what they need, are trying to make sense of what they’re experiencing, are navigating a new diagnosis or difficult emotions such as guilt or uncertainty, or want help finding the next right steps or resources.
