The road to feeling well is not always an easy one—but the Messages of Hope Project is here to remind you that you’re not walking it alone.
Created to support people throughout all stages of their mental health journey, Messages of Hope sends out inspiring words each day for one month to encourage people to continue the work that they’re doing on their mental health.
How it works
When you register to receive Messages of Hope, you are signing up for a one-month period. Each day you will receive an emailed inspirational quote or an encouraging message from a person with lived experience in mental health and addictions. You can opt out of receiving these messages at anytime by replying “STOP”.
