Support That Meets You Where You Are.

Lifewise one-on-one peer support offers a safe, welcoming, and flexible space to connect with someone who understands. These sessions provide personalized support for individuals navigating mental health, substance use health, and/or addiction challenges and are guided by trained Peer Supporters with lived experience.

One-on-one peer support complements traditional therapies and services by focusing on connection, shared understanding, and hope. Sessions provide an opportunity to explore challenges, build coping strategies, reduce isolation, and receive support from someone who has walked a similar path.
